Protect our organisation.

Breaches of regulations and violations of the law result in financial losses and jeopardise our reputation in the eyes of the public and government authorities. Help us to uncover and rectify offences and irregularities.

As an employee or business partner, you can report suspected criminal offences or serious breaches of the rules to us - stating your name or completely anonymously. You remain protected.

Your report will be received and processed exclusively by our internal reporting office. The responsible persons will treat your reports with absolute confidentiality.

After your report, a protected mailbox will be set up for you, through which an anonymous dialogue is possible. You will be informed of how your report has been followed up.

The system does not store any IP addresses and does not use any tracking instruments. It is not possible to trace the information back to you unless you yourself provide data that allows conclusions to be drawn about your person. Even if you provide your name, the processors will maintain the confidentiality of your identity in accordance with legal requirements.

The following notification form will guide you through the notification process.

Before submitting the report, we may first ask you to read the data protection information. You will be asked for your binding consent that you have read, understood and agree to this immediately before submitting the report.
